McKinsey's report indicates that automation, including generative AI, is expected to have a massive influence on one-third of the hours currently worked across the U.S. economy by 2030. This transition will not primarily deal with job losses but will enhance and facilitate areas such as STEM, legal, creative, & business roles while targeting repetitive tasks vulnerable to automation.
